KIBISAN® SAN Resin

KIBISAN® SAN is a copolymerization of styrene-acrylonitrile. Acrylonitrile monomer (AN) is added to styrene monomer (SM) to copolymerize SAN, also commonly known as the AS Resin. Under natural conditions, it is a bright yellowish transparent object. The SAN product manufactured by our unique continuous process has good transparency, uniform high gloss, chemical resistance, superior heat resistance, rigidity, and stability. KIBISAN ® is the best material for cosmetic containers, lighter casings, food processing containers, battery casings, detergent sprayer apparatuses, etc. In fact, KIBISAN® has been applied in the manufacturing of hundreds of consumer products globally, including products of various grades from high heat resistance to transparent products. KIBISAN® has also been UL and CUL certified.
